My earbuds won't charge
Most of the time, the charging capsule (the case) is empty or the charging dots are dirty. Both take a couple of minutes to fix.
- Open the capsule lid and look at the green lights on the front. If you see one light or none, the capsule itself needs charging. Plug it in with the USB-C cable for 2 hours, then try again.
- Take both earbuds out. Find the small metal dots on the bottom of each earbud and inside each slot of the capsule. Wipe them with a dry cotton swab. Keep it dry: water can damage them.
- Put each earbud back in its slot and press down gently until it sits flat. Close the lid.
- Still not charging? Swap them: put the left earbud in the right slot and the right earbud in the left slot. Close the lid and wait an hour.
- Check the plug. Push the cable all the way into the capsule and the wall adapter, and try a different outlet. Using a wireless charging pad? Make sure the pad is plugged in and the capsule is sitting in the middle of it.
