It won't turn on

1. Take them out of the case. They turn on by themselves. If they don't, press and hold the outer surface of each earbud for 5 seconds.
2. Charge for 2 hours. An earbud left in a flat case looks completely dead. Plug in the case with both earbuds inside and the lid closed.
3. Clean and re-seat. An earbud sitting slightly high has been draining, not charging.
