Reset your Raycon

A reset clears your Raycon's pairing memory and fixes most connection problems, including one side not playing.

Which product do you have?

Everyday Earbuds

On your phone, open Bluetooth settings. Find your earbuds and tap Forget This Device.
Put both earbuds in the case.
Close the lid and wait 10 seconds.
Open the lid and take both earbuds out at the same time.
Pair them again from your Bluetooth list.

Take both out together. Pairing with one still in the case leaves you with only one side playing.
