Common fixes

The problems people run into most, and how to sort them out.

They feel loose, or the sound is quiet

Almost always it's where the speaker pads sit. They need to rest flat on the bone just in front of each ear, and the fit strap takes up any slack.

  1. Hook the earpieces over your ears, with the band resting level behind your head.
  2. Rest each speaker pad flat on your cheekbone, just in front of your ear. Not on the soft part of your ear.
  3. Loose, or slipping when you move? Use the included fit strap to shorten the band.
  4. Still not snug? Gently bend the earpieces in or out to match the shape of your head.
  5. Turn the volume up on both the headphones and your phone. They start at about 45% volume.
In a loud place, move the speaker pads a little closer to your ear canal. The sound fills out.
