People can't hear me on calls

Usually a blocked microphone or the call going to the wrong device.

Everyday Bone Conduction Headphones (Gen 2)

  1. Clean the two microphone openings. Sweat and dirt muffle them.
  2. Check where the call is going. Connected to two devices? The call may be on the other one.
  3. Check the app. Video and messaging apps have their own microphone setting and permission.
  4. Record a voice memo and listen back. Thin or muffled means the mic is the problem.
