It won't charge
Everyday Bone Conduction Headphones (Gen 2)
- Open the flap on the bottom of the button module and check the port is dry and clear.
- Plug the USB-C cable in firmly.
- Try a different cable or wall adapter. Check the cable for damage.
- Look for the light. Solid red means it's charging.
