If your phone can't find your Raycon, work through these.
It doesn't show up in my Bluetooth list
Everyday Bone Conduction Headphones (Gen 2)
- Charge them. A flat battery won't show up.
- Put them in pairing mode. See Pair your Raycon with your phone for what the lights do.
- Check nearby devices. They may have connected to a laptop or tablet. Turn Bluetooth off on that device.
- Turn Bluetooth off and on on your phone.
- Forget them everywhere. Remove Raycon Everyday Bone Conduction from every device you've paired them to, then try again.
- Reset them. See Reset your Raycon.
