When will I get my refund?

Once your return arrives, we process it within 5–7 business days. Then your refund goes back to your original payment method, in the currency you paid in, and usually shows up within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

International shipping reimbursements are paid in USD through PayPal.

If the card you paid with has expired or been canceled, your bank will usually apply the refund to your replacement card or return it another way. Ask your bank if it hasn't arrived.
