What to expect: about 9 hours in Bluetooth mode, 15 in Sleep mode, and 27 / 45 hours with the case.
Things that shorten a charge: high volume and long calls.
- Check the case. If the earbuds die fast only after a night in the case, the case is going flat. Charge it.
- Test each side. Charge both fully. Use one earbud alone at half volume and time it. Repeat with the other.
A fully charged earbud that dies in an hour or two is a warranty case. Contact us. Tell us which side, how long it lasts, and how old the pair is.
When about 10 minutes is left, you'll hear an alert every 2 minutes.
