Reset your Raycon

A reset clears your Raycon's pairing memory and fixes most connection problems, including one side not playing.

Essential Headphones

  1. On your phone, open Bluetooth settings. Find Raycon Essential Headphones and tap Forget This Device.
  2. Hold ANC and Volume Down together for 5 seconds. They disconnect from everything and turn off.
  3. Wait 10 seconds.
  4. Turn them back on. Hold Power for 1.5 seconds until the light flashes blue and red.
  5. Pair them again from your Bluetooth list.
