Reset your Raycon

A reset clears your Raycon's pairing memory and fixes most connection problems, including one side not playing.

Bone Conduction Headphones

  1. On your phone, open Bluetooth settings. Find Raycon Bone Conduction and tap Forget This Device.
  2. Turn the headphone off. Hold M for 3 seconds until the light blinks red.
  3. Wait 5 seconds.
  4. Turn it back on. Hold M for 2 seconds until the light flashes red and blue.
  5. Pair it again from your Bluetooth list.
