Most "won't charge" problems are an earbud that isn't quite seated. Here's how to get it right.
Put your earbuds back in the case
Sleep Earbuds
- Press each earbud onto the charging pins in its slot.
- The case lights show the battery level for 5 seconds.
- Then only the left and right lights stay on. That means both earbuds are charging.
- Close the lid.
The earbuds turn off when they're seated and the lid is closed.
