Most "won't charge" problems are an earbud that isn't quite seated. Here's how to get it right.
Put your earbuds back in the case
Everyday Clip Earbuds
- Turn each earbud so the control button faces the front of the case.
- Press it down until it sits flush, with no wobble.
- With both earbuds in, the first and fourth front lights turn solid red. That means they're seated and charging.
If the red lights stay off, an earbud is loose or angled. Take it out and try again.
