Common fixes

The problems people run into most, and how to sort them out.

They pinch, hurt or won't stay on

Usually the clip is sitting in the wrong spot or at the wrong angle. Moving it so the speaker rests against the ridge inside your ear fixes most of it.

  1. Check the button. The control button should face down when you're wearing them. If it's facing up, the earbud is on the wrong ear or upside down.
  2. Place the round speaker against the ridge just inside the opening of your ear, with the flat battery part sitting behind your ear.
  3. Adjust the angle. Most people are comfortable somewhere between straight up and down and a slight forward tilt (0 to 30 degrees).
  4. Check the pressure. The clip should hold gently. If it pinches, slide it slightly higher or lower on your ear until the pressure spreads out rather than sitting on one spot.
  5. Move your head around. They should stay put without pressing anywhere.
Wear earrings? The clip can press an earring into your ear. Position the clip above the earring, or take the earring out while you wear them.
If it still hurts after a few minutes, or your skin gets red or irritated, take them off. Clip earbuds don't suit every ear shape. Contact us and we'll help you with next steps.

Fit & Comfort

Get a secure fit

It doesn't show up in my Bluetooth list

If your phone can't find your Raycon, work through these.

Troubleshooting

It keeps cutting out

Almost always distance, battery or a second device. Here's how to check each.

Troubleshooting

It won't charge

Work through these in order. Most people are charging again by step 4.

Troubleshooting

It won't turn on

Usually it's just flat. Here's how to check.

Troubleshooting

One side is dead, quiet or uneven

Most people are fixed in the first three steps.

Setup & Pairing

Pair your Raycon with your phone

The steps are a little different for each product. Pick yours and we'll show you exactly what to do.

Troubleshooting

People can't hear me on calls

Usually a blocked microphone or the call going to the wrong device.

Battery & Charging

Put your earbuds back in the case

Most "won't charge" problems are an earbud that isn't quite seated. Here's how to get it right.

Setup & Pairing

Reset your Raycon

A reset clears your Raycon's pairing memory and fixes most connection problems, including one side not playing.
