It won't turn on

1. Take them out of the case. They turn on by themselves.
2. Charge for 1.5 hours. An earbud left in a flat case looks completely dead. Plug in the case with both earbuds inside and the lid closed.
3. Clean and re-seat. An earbud sitting slightly high has been draining, not charging.
4. Reset them. See Reset your Raycon.

Nothing lights up at all? They may be in standby. Seat both earbuds on the pins and plug in the case. That wakes them up.
