It won't turn on

1. Take them out of the case, or hold the touch surface for 5 seconds.
2. Charge for 1.5 hours. An earbud left in a flat case looks completely dead. Plug in the case with both earbuds inside and the lid closed.
3. Clean and re-seat. An earbud sitting slightly high has been draining, not charging.
4. Reset them. See Reset your Raycon.
