It won't charge

- Use the cable that came in the box. Plug it into the USB-C port.
- Use a wall adapter. Some laptop and hub ports don't give enough power.
- Look for the light. Solid red means it's charging. Solid blue means it's full.
- Give it time. A full charge takes about 2 hours.
