It won't charge
Bone Conduction Headphones
- Check the cable. Line the magnet up with the pins. It only fits one way. If it doesn't snap on, flip it.
- Dry the pins. If they're wet, let them air-dry completely. Charging wet is a fire risk.
- Clean the pins on the headphone and the cable with a dry cloth.
- Try another USB port or adapter.
- Check the cable for damage. Replace a cracked or frayed cable.
- Look for the light. Solid red means it's charging.
