Almost always distance, battery or a second device. Here's how to check each.
It keeps cutting out
Essential Headphones
- Move your phone closer. Stay within 10 metres (33 feet) with nothing solid in between. Your body blocks Bluetooth, so a back pocket or armband often causes this. Try a front pocket.
- Charge both ends. A low battery on your Raycon or your phone weakens the connection.
- Paired to two devices? Audio jumps to whichever one starts playing. Pause the other one.
- Busy places like gyms and trains are full of competing signals. Cutting out only there is interference, not a fault.
- Reset. See Reset your Raycon.
