A reset clears your Raycon's pairing memory and fixes most connection problems, including one side not playing.
Reset your Raycon
Pro Earbuds
- On your phone, open Bluetooth settings. Find your earbuds and tap Forget This Device.
- Put both earbuds in the case. Leave the lid open.
- Find the Reset button next to the charging port.
- Press and hold it for 5 seconds.
- The case light flashes yellow three times. That means the reset worked.
- Close the lid.
- Open it again, take both earbuds out together, and pair them again.
