It won't charge
Impact Earbuds
Swollen, misshapen or hot case? Stop. Don't charge it. Contact us.
- Charge the case first. A flat case can't charge anything. Plug it in and check its light.
- Dry everything. Never charge damp earbuds or a damp case.
- Clean the pins. Wipe the metal pins on the earbuds and inside the case with a dry cotton swab. Nothing wet.
- Re-seat them. See Put your earbuds back in the case. Breathing amber means the earbuds are charging.
- Swap sides. Put the left earbud in the right slot and the right in the left. Charge for an hour.
- Problem moves with the earbud → that earbud has failed.
- Problem stays in the same slot → the case has failed.
- Check the power. Push the cable in firmly at both ends. Try another outlet.
Used the case as a power bank? That drains the same battery that charges your earbuds. Recharge the case.
Lid won't close or hinge is loose? The earbuds can't touch the pins. That's a warranty case.
