Common fixes

The problems people run into most, and how to sort them out.

They won't stay on or don't feel secure

The hooks rotate, and getting the angle right is what keeps them on. Most people find their spot in a minute or two.

  1. Before you put them on, rotate the earbud on its hook to about 50 to 55 degrees, so it lines up with the natural angle of your ear.
  2. Rest the hook over the top of your ear and let it run down behind it.
  3. Let the speaker sit just above the opening of your ear canal. Not inside it, and not down by the small flap at the front of your ear.
  4. Gently rotate the earbud forward and back while it's on until it feels locked in place.
  5. Move your head side to side and up and down, like you would in a workout. They should stay put without pressing anywhere.
Feels tight at first? The hook can feel snug for the first few wears, especially on larger ears, and softens slightly as you use it. If it still hurts after about 30 minutes, try a slightly different angle. If nothing helps, contact us.
Wear glasses? Put the earbuds on first, then your glasses, so the frames sit on top of the hooks. Some people find the combination uncomfortable for long sessions, so take a break if you need one.
