My earbuds won't charge
Usually an earbud isn't sitting all the way down, or the capsule is empty. The capsule tells you: the lights at each end turn white when both earbuds are seated and charging.
- Charge the capsule first. Plug it in with the USB-C cable. The capsule light flashes white while it charges and stays solid white when it's full.
- Take both earbuds out. Wipe the small metal dots on each earbud and inside each slot of the capsule with a dry cotton swab. Keep them dry.
- Put each earbud back and press it down until it sits flat, with the hook lying in its groove. The capsule blinks white once as each one goes in.
- Look at the front of the capsule. When both earbuds are seated properly, the far left and far right lights turn white. That means they're charging. The buds' own lights flash white too.
- Only one end lit, or neither? That earbud isn't making contact. Take it out, put it back and press down firmly.
- Check the plug. Push the cable all the way into the capsule and the wall adapter, and try a different outlet.
Still no light at one end? Swap the earbuds into the opposite slots. If the same earbud still won't light up, that earbud needs our help. If the problem stays with the slot, the capsule does. Either way, contact us and tell us what you saw.
