A good fit fixes more than comfort. It's also the biggest reason for weak bass and one quiet side.

- Fit the stabilizer. Match it to the left or right earbud, hook the inner edge into the groove at the top, and guide it into place.
- Try a different gel tip size: XS, S, M or L. See Change gel tip size.
- Put the earbud in and twist it gently backwards until it sits flush.
